If you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle we highly recommend Gene Latta Ford. It was definitely a 10/10 experience. For many years we return time and time again because we always receive excellent customer service. Our salesman, Travis Williams, is friendly, helpful extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. The whole dealership, in every department, treats you like a friend when you walk in the door. Go to this place first and you will drive away in a first rate vehicle.

Travis Williams helped me buy my first car and he was incredibly helpful and kind. As a recent college graduate he knew I was on a budget and worked with me with clarity and honesty as to what I was paying for and never tried to get me to buy a warranty or anything. The dealership was professional, clean, and efficient and before I left with the car I had bought they put brand new tires on and sent me off with a full tank of gas. 10/10 recommend and will definitely consider coming back!

My husband and I purchased a Ford Explorer from Travis Williams of Gene Latta Ford. Travis is a gem. Patient, informative, knowledgeable about the car, easy to talk to. We truly enjoyed the experience. Do not hesitate to purchase from Gene Latta. You will truly get an honest deal.

Parts department is great, couldn’t ask for anything better from them. However Sales on the other hand is the complete opposite. First tells me my trade is extremely rough, then tells me I can’t afford the truck I was looking at. Mind you we never even got to the point of running credit or anything, just assumed because I’m younger I couldn’t afford it I guess. So I walked out and took my business else where.

On July 26, 2023 we purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick and couldn’t be happier. We are in love with our vehicle purchase but also the gentlemen at this location were amazing! A big shout out to Mick Magee who was patient with our shenanigans and answered our questions to the best of his ability.

I cannot say enough great things about Chris Fox at Gene Latta Ford! He was absolutely amazing! We were looking for a manual transmission vehicle which are very hard to find in good condition these days. He was never ever a pushy salesman (which I hate) He was patient and really listened to what we had to say. Chris was so supportive and took our number to personally call us if he got a vehicle in that he thought we would like to see, AND HE DID! We ended up buying a beautiful Ford Focus ST and we are very happy with our experience and that is all thanks to Chris! Chris we love you and keep doing exactly what you’re doing!

I had to have a broken seat heater and a sway bar end link replaced. Gene Latta’s staff took the time and found that the vehicle still had a warranty. Whereas another semi-local ford dealership was not as forthcoming with that information, albeit for a different issue months prior. I feel that Gene Latta and their staff care about their customers and that is definitely refreshing this day and age. They were extremely nice and accommodating and took their time explaining everything with the whole experience from initially scheduling the service to picking the fixed vehicle up and everything in between! I will definitely be back for all of my Ford auto needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
